Operating Procedure

The system is designed for enterprise operators, logistics staff and customs officers.

1. Receive the inbound manifest through data exchange and treat it as the original declaration.

2. When the truck arrives at the yard, register the vehicle and unload the cargo.

3. Scan the physically arrived goods to record their warehousing, then send a stock-in detail message to the city’s public-service platform.

4. Scan the released goods to load them onto the truck; when loading is finished the system auto-generates the loading list.

5. The loading list can be printed or exported to Excel.

6. Gate-in/gate-out registration and vehicle release are managed at the checkpoint.
